There seems to be no rhyme or reason to what is selling nor what it is selling for at the moment. Its been close to 12 months since the market started to correct. We have purchasers being more cautious, banks tightening up on their lending and vendors needing to correct their expectations. March and April historically are strong months for home sales. Karen warns vendors to be careful not to knock back a solid offer now and find themselves accepting less 6 months down the track.
